Captain Kibble: What, Guy of Guisbourne?
BBC: Everybody’s dead, Kibble.
Captain Kibble: What, Alan?

Captain Kibble: The Sheriff isn’t, is he?
BBC: Everybody is dead, Kibble.
Captain Kibble: Not Robin?
BBC: Gordon Bennett! Yes! Robin, everybody. Everybody’s dead, Kibble.
Captain Kibble: The black guy that was obviously very important but had never been seen in any episode until the 2 part season finale and had a very dodgy accent?
BBC: He’s dead, Kibble. Everybody’s dead. Everybody is dead, Kibble!
Captain Kibble: Wait. Are you trying to tell me everybody’s dead?

I think that pretty much sums that up. They are not ending the show despite killing off virtually the entire cast. Gotta hand it to the BBC it takes a lot for them to consider cancelling a show, not like ITV. One can only wonder how they can continue the show now though. Oh by the way, spoiler warning. :)

Lee as Count Dooku

Lee as Count Dooku

Christopher Lee has been Knighted by the Queen during her Birthday Honours list. Lee who is one the world’s most proflic actors even at the grand old age of 87. He was unable to comment on his honour because he was busy filming. Lee has played some of the most famous bad guys in cinema history starting with what must be considered the best Dracula. More recently of course he was Count Dooku in the Star Wars prequels and Saruman the White in the Lord of the Rings films. He even managed to get himself cast as a Bond villian.

Without doubt the ultimate bad guy of cinema.
